Basketball Program

Since its inception under the leadership of Victor “Vic” Crespo, the LPAC Knights have become a cornerstone of youth basketball in the Bronx. Founded within the Latino Pastoral Action Center (LPAC), the Knights serve players aged roughly 5-18, offering not just competition but intensive skill development, mentorship, and community.
Over the years, the Knights have built a reputation of producing talent that reaches beyond local courts — former players have gone on to pro contracts, collegiate success, and significant personal growth. Under Vic Crespo’s direction, the program emphasizes not only athleticism but character: respect, resilience, sportsmanship. (The Cauldron)

Today, the LPAC Knights are part of Greater Heights — connecting them with broader networks, resources, and competitive opportunities, while staying grounded in the Bronx’s community values.
